When you Put a Buyers Agent to work for you the Seller most of the time pays the Buyers Broker/Agent. The Seller of a Property pays the Sellers Broker/Agent and that Broker/Agent usually splits their Commission with the Buyers Broker/Agent at the Close of Escrow.
