About Ed:

In 1974 Ed started his working life young, at 17, as a heavy equipment operator in the U.S. Navy Seabees for 4 years.

In civilian life, beginning after the Navy, Ed found a job installing swimming pool rebar. This is where he got a taste of the swimming pool industry.

In 1985 Ed entered back into the heavy equipment – earth moving industry for about 15 years. He operated equipment and worked as a grade checker directing the operations.

In 1992 Ed joined the Air National Guard after a 14 year break from the military to work on airplanes . The Air Force Reserve later offered Ed the opportunity to become a C-5 Flight Engineer. Ed enjoyed that position flying all around the world as an aircrew member for 7 years.

In 2001, Ed saw an opportunity to start his own swimming pool construction company. This went well but California went through the financial crash. The crash started in 2006 in California. Things went from bad to worse so when the dust settled Ed was in Arizona!
After a few short years of working regular jobs. Ed decided he better start building pools again.

In 2021 the material and labor famine got so bad it took 6 months to build a couple pools instead of 6 weeks. Ed moved the company focus completely to the real estate operations.

The company specialty today is putting home buyers into beautiful new construction homes. We can show you new homes in any city, any town, any price range from $300k up to $3M+.

Our primary focus is Queen Creek, Gilbert, S.E.Mesa, N.E. Scottsdale, Florence & Coolidge.
