Due to the recent interest rate hikes by the criminals at the Fed the Home Buying Fury has come to a grinding halt but prices are still at Record Highs.

Yes Residential Property Values grew only 8.5% in 2019 then about 21% in 2020 and a Crazy 31% in 2021.  See the Chart below.

We don’t know really what’s going to happen the way everything is going but Historically this is still a Great Time to Sell.

And that’s not the “end of the world” if due to the current condition of your property or some urgent situation even if you were to let your property go for a reduced price you could sell it for as much as 30% below market and in reality not really be hurting yourself because you would still be getting what would normally be Market Value (if the market was not artificially inflated) but with your property needing significant work or repairs.

The BUYER FRENZY is over but you can still SELL YOUR HOUSE for a lot of money. 

It just won’t be what it could have been 2 or 3 months ago but historically it would still be a lot. 

You can see looking at the Chart if you rolled all the way back to early 2020 you would still be at a compared to even before the crash (the gray shaded area). You will also see that there is not much consistent with real estate pricing. You can jump on or off the train at any point and life will go on. It will go on much nicer without the Federal Reserve. 

If you want to sell we just have to price it right and it will sell.
