Selling Your Home With Alluring Lifestyle Properties – RealtyONEGroup
Our Company is right here in Queen Creek Arizona.
Due to the recent interest rate hikes by the criminals at the Fed the Home Buying Fury has come to a grinding halt but prices are still at Record Highs.
So the Market has Cooled Off Now and Interest Rates are Climbing but we still currently have a lot of Buyers and if your Home is “Move-In Ready” it could Sell in a fair amount of time if Priced Correctly and you can still capture part of that Inflated Equity you acquired.
See the Median Sale Price Chart below to get an Informed Look at how things went these past couple years.
Federal Reserve Median Sales Price Trend – Sold Houses – West Census Region
This page needs to be refreshed if this Chart not in full view
You can see looking at the Chart if you rolled all the way back to Q1 2021 roughly where you would likely still be at if not for the Spike that went till Q2 2022 which was a complete anomaly.
You will also see that there is not much consistent with real estate pricing. You can jump on or off the train at any point and life will go on. It will go on much nicer without the Federal Reserve.
If you want to sell we just have to price it right and it will sell if it is “Move In Ready”.
