Do I Really Need a Real Estate Agent to Buy a Home?
Property Sellers - Builders usually have a Real Estate Agent that Represents all of their best interests in the Sale of their Property.
As a Buyer you have the Right to have a Real Estate Agent Represent you on your side of the transaction with the Purchase Contract and all of the Forms and the Procedures and Timelines etc. throughout the Transaction.
I am Focused on Helping Buyers get into the Beautiful New Build - New Construction Homes here in Queen Creek, Gilbert, S.E.Mesa, N.E. Scottsdale Foothills, and San Tan Valley Arizona.
I'm a Buyers Agent.
The Agents in the New Construction Model Homes Represent the Builder.

The Builder offers a Commission to the Agents that bring the Buyers.
The Builder Pays Me to Help You Search for and Select Your Home.
In order for Me to Represent You in a New Construction Transaction the Builder Requires Me to be with You on Your First Visit to the Model Home.
If you go to a Model Home on Your Own I Will Not, nor will any other Agent, be Allowed to be Included in the Deal. You will be Representing Yourself in the Transaction.
The Builder will be Requesting a Copy of Our "Buyers Representation - Employment Agreement" when we enter the Model Home Prior to Touring a Property.
It's additionally required that ALL Multiple Listing Service Participants are required to have a signed Employment Agreement prior to touring a property with a buyer.
Arizona Real Estate Agency Disclosure Form
Arizona Law requires real estate agents (Agent) to disclose the type of Agency relationship they have with their clients.
See the Form itself on the Home Buyers Resource Page for more info. This form is also required to be filled out prior to beginning any work with a Buyer.
So please allow me to go out with you, the Builder Pays all of my Fees, and I will Represent You throughout the Transaction all the way through to the Close of Escrow.
